On May 5, 2025, the Munich Higher Regional Court suspended the arrest warrant against our client, setting a high bail and imposing a package of conditions. The accused must surrender his identity documents (passport and identity card), is allowed to live at his home address, must report to the police twice a week and is not allowed to leave the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany.
