We had two appeals before the Higher Regional Court of Cologne in two completely different cases in which the arrest warrants had just been issued. In one case, the arrest warrant was lifted without conditions (3OAus 24/25), in the other (3OAus 4/25), the execution of the detention ordered by decisions of January 16, 2025 and March 10, 2025, was suspended subject to conditions.
